Issue:
How do I calculate / determine the DC bus value ?

Product Line:
Altivar 312

Environment:
All Altivar models and serial numbers

Cause:
Input rectifiers or DC bus have failed

Resolution:
The value of the DC bus voltage is dependent on the supply voltage.  The DC bus voltage should be approximately the value of the peak line supply voltage.  Example:  If the line supply voltage measures 480vac (RMS), then the DC bus will be 480 X 1.414 or approximately 678Vdc.
