Why does the trend graph show N/A when the time or date has been set backwards?
Issue:
The Trend Graph shown in the Vijeo Designer Runtime is showing N/A when looking back at the historical data

Product Line:
Vijeo Designer

Resolution:
The Vijeo Designer data loggging system has been designed to prevent recording data in a previous time or date if there is already a file containing data from the present. This is to ensure data consistency and stability of the data logging system.

Therefore, whenever the time or the date is set backwards, from the original time and date when the first data record was created, the trend graph will show N/A as no data will be logged. This is also true when DST returns to normal time.

To avoid these N/A symbols, it is best to retrieve all the data from the storage first and clear out the files before changing the time or date.
