Resolution:
Follow these steps to program terminal R for plus speed, and RES for minus speed.
Frequency Mode Select (FNOD) = 5 (+/- speeds)
Logic input R (F112) = 41 (+ speed)
Logic input RES (F113) =42 (- speed)
