Please add and change the following parameters in the citect.ini, and change the default value to what you need.

CounterPollTimeSec Determines how often a counter interrogation is performed. 0~32767(in second) default value is 1800
CounterPollType Determines the type of counter interrogation message that is sent. 0 – No freeze or reset default value is 1
1 – Freeze without reset
2 – Freeze with reset
3 – Reset only
