No, the Vijeo Deisgner Data Manger tool is intended for free distribution to end users of Magelis HMIs running Vijeo Designer Runtime. The tool is to be used to retrieve data stored on the HMI. It is typical that the end-user has not purchased Vijeo Designer. Contact technical support for a download link for the tool.
