Cause:
N/A

Resolution:
There are two keypad options: VW3A1006 (IP54) or the VW3A1007 (IP65).
The kit comes with the screws to mount the keypad to an enclosure or door.  A cable to connect the keypad to the drive is not included.  Customer needs to order cable VW3A1104R10 (1 meter) or VW3A1104R30 (3 meter) separately.
