How to install the extended rotary handle onto the PowerPacT B frame breaker

Resolution:
First, take the accessory cover off of the breaker. Then mount the rotary handle mechanism onto the front of the accessory cover, then screw to the accessory cover using the 3 provided screws and holes. You would then slide the cover back into place and retighten the accessory cover screws. For further instructions, see the video below.
