What to do if the device within the Smart Panel is in boot mode and the firmware recovery fails using Ecoreach Firmware upgrade screen?
The firmware recovery of the device within the Smart Panel may fail if the device is not Power cycled before upgrading. So, it is recommended to Power cycle the device before proceeding for Firmware recovery using Ecoreach Firmware upgrade screen.
