1. Issue
For one customer, an error occurred in the VJD 6.2 license subsystem. the customer installed VJD V6.2, registered it and after the SP8 installation, he gets this error: See attached picture. 2. Environment

The license subsystem means that the license is corrupted. The resolution is to properly uninstall VJD, clean registers and delete the LC9xxxxxx.ocx file. ( c: \ Windows \ LC9GCN9J.ocx ).Then install VJD with proper license.Released for: Schneider Electric New Zealand
