When upgrading from a M340 or Premium project to a M580 project, can the DTX file be upgraded?

Answer
Yes, as of EcoStruxure Control Expert version 14.1, the data transfer function can be used for migrating across different controllers. You can save M340 or Premium controller data to a *.DTX file and restore to a M580 controller.

You can also find this information within the built-in documentation of Control Expert version 14.1 and above. To access got to the top toolbar, "Help > Index..." then navigate to "Contents > Control Expert Project (Classic) > Software > Operating modes > General > Global Project Management > Project Management > Save/Restore Data Between a File and the PLC".
