Yoon Young Kim

Cluster President, Singapore and Brunei
Yoon Young Kim is Cluster President for Singapore and Brunei at Schneider Electric. In his current role at Schneider Electric, Kim seeks to grow Schneider Electric’s regional presence as the leader of digital transformation in energy management and automation. He spearheads efforts to drive the expansion and manufacturing capabilities of the Singapore and Brunei cluster, with a focus on high-growth potential areas such as microgrids. He is also leading efforts in helping customers within these regional markets to operate more sustainably. Kim was most previously Cluster Country President for Cambodia, Vietnam, and Myanmar for Schneider Electric – a role he held for over four years from 2016 to 2020. Kim brings with him over two decades of global experience in leading teams across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, South America, and Russia. This includes experience in the energy management and lighting industries, as well as a strong background in sales and marketing. He boasts a commendable track record of delivering commercial success across emerging markets in B2B, B2C, and B2G fields. As a strategic leader who is people-oriented, Kim is committed to inspiring teams to deliver consistent results in implementing impactful commercial initiatives and empowering all to make the most of their energy and resources. Beyond his role as Cluster President, Kim holds several board and advisory positions. These include serving as a Board Member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore; a Board Member at NaviX Solutions by Schneider Electric; and a Global DEI Board Member at Schneider Electric. In addition, Kim acts as a Sustainability Advisory Member to the Board at United Overseas Bank (UOB), one of the world’s leading banks headquartered in Singapore, with branches and offices across 19 countries in the Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. Kim is fluent in four languages: English, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish. He graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management. He also holds multiple postgraduate degrees including a Master of Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Master’s degree at FGV – Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Finance and Post-degree in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Kim was born in Korea, raised in Brazil, and is currently based in Singapore.

Alister Stewart

Principal, Sustainability Business
As Principal for Schneider Electric's Sustainability Business consulting practice in Singapore, Alister leads a team of consultants that help companies to decarbonize.  The team provide strategic insight and actionable decarbonization plans through four lines of service: Sustainability Strategy, Enterprise Efficiency, Cleantech, and Managed Services. Before joining Schneider Electric in 2021, Alister spent 15 years in business and commercial leadership roles in the energy industry. His experience spans upstream oil & gas and renewable energy, having worked for Saipem and TechnipFMC, focusing on offshore subsea developments and the Energy Transition - advising on new energy ventures. Alister holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.

Damien Dhellemmes

Senior Vice President, Commercial and Digital Service, Digital Energy Division
Damien Dhellemmes is an executive leader in the field of sustainable energy technology with more than 25 years of experience. He is currently Senior Vice President of Schneider Electric’s Digital Energy Commercial Organization, which drives sustainability, efficiency, and resilience for building owners throughout the world. Damien also runs the Digital Services Line of Business for Schneider Electric. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Asia Clean Energy Summit and a Vice President of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. Damien holds an MSc from ISEN, and an MBA from EDHEC Business School.

Ivy Xin

Vice President, Building Business, Singapore
Ivy Xin leads the Building Business at Schneider Electric Singapore, where she is responsible for driving sustainable growth for this strategic business area. Together with her team of experienced market leaders, Ivy is dedicated to creating a positive impact on the buildings of today, and in the future, by transforming them into sustainable, resilient, hyper-efficient and people-centric places for everyone. With a background in engineering and over 12 years of industry experience, she is an active advocate of harnessing innovation to help businesses realize the advantages of smart buildings. Ivy is passionate about bringing the latest technology to building owners to help digitize and foster efficiency while enhancing the well-being of building occupants. She has held positions across a variety of divisions at Schneider Electric, and was most recently Vice President of the Digital Energy Business. A firm believer that a growth mindset is essential to achieving sustainable growth, Ivy is committed to working with her team to support customers and partners on their digital transformation journey with intelligent energy management solutions.

Jackson Seng

Vice-President, Sustainability and Strategy
Jackson is the Vice-President, Sustainability and Strategy for Schneider Electric, East Asia and Japan. In this role, Jackson works with customers to understand their sustainability and climate change commitments and collaborates with them to develop actions to achieve their decarbonization targets. He is experienced in energy efficiency programs, microgrid solution, power distribution and automation, which are instrumental in driving the reduction of CO2 emission for customers.   Prior to joining Schneider Electric in 2006, Jackson worked for various multi-national companies; Yokogawa, Woodward Governor and General Electric, with increasing business size and responsibilities from 1996 to 2006. Jackson has gained extensive business operation experience through various regional and global positions in industrial automation and energy management sales, marketing and services roles with these MNCs. Jackson graduated as an electrical engineer major in instrumentation and control from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He also obtained a Master of Science degree, majoring in Power Engineering, from National University of Singapore (NUS), Master of Business Administration from University of Nottingham (NU), and Advanced Certificate in Sustainability and Sustainable Business from Singapore Management University (SMU).  Jackson is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (General Electric) and Master Black Belt (Schneider Electric). 

James Chae

Vice President of Industrial Automation Business for East Asia & Japan
James Chae is the Vice President of Industrial Automation business for East Asia & Japan Zone in Schneider Electric, based out of Singapore. He brings over 20 years of international experience in industrial automation and power quality across data centers as well as industry segments. James has held several positions across the EAJ zone including Business Vice President of Industrial Automation and Secure Power for the Korea & Mongolia cluster. He was most recently Country GM of Cambodia. In these roles he had successfully transformed the business by implementing strategies and initiatives that are in line with the company’s new eco-system and digital transformation pathway. In his current role, his mission is to lead the transition to be more open, sustainable, data-driven, and efficient with the unique combination of automation and software in industry segments.

Janet Lim

Business Vice President, Industrial Automation, Schneider Electric
Janet Lim is the Business Vice President for Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation business in East Asia and assumes the pivotal role of spearheading the strategic direction and performance of the SCA portfolio across the region. As an experienced executive, Janet has over 17 years of global and regional experience in Industrial Automation and Services Management. Driven by her keen business acumen, she has held several diverse leadership positions across Asia, Europe, and North America, where she leveraged innovation to deliver operational excellence and drive business growth. Prior to her current appointment, Janet was Vice President of Schneider’s Industrial Automation Business in Taiwan, where she championed key initiatives on Green Manufacturing with local partners to drive sustainable development and impact. Janet is currently based out of Singapore. Janet graduated from Curtin University in Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing and Management. In addition, she holds a Master of Science degree in Knowledge Management from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Linyun Wei

Vice President – Sustainability and Business Development
Linyun is the Vice President of Sustainability and Business Development for Singapore at Schneider Electric. In this role, Linyun works closely with customers to understand their sustainability commitments and develop ambitious but achievable science-based strategies to help them meet their decarbonisation goals. Linyun has been with Schneider Electric since the start of her professional career, first joining as a Product Application Engineer. Over the last eight years, Linyun’s scope has expanded to Digital Consultant, Business Leader, and Solutions Architect. She has built her expertise in servicing clients across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, real estate, and data centres, and has a proven track record of cultivating multi-market partnerships with C-level personnel, asset managers, and technology leaders. Linyun holds a Master’s degree from the National University of Singapore in Management of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours from Nanyang Technological University in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialisation in Mechatronics.

Manish Pant

Executive Vice President, International Operations
Manish leads the Operations for Schneider Electric in Pacific, India, Middle East Africa and South America. He is Member of the Executive Committee of Schneider Electric and is based in Singapore. He is responsible for bringing sustainable innovations to customers and seeks to empower all to make the most of their energy and resources, ensuring Life Is On everywhere, for everyone, at every moment.  Manish has been with Schneider Electric for more than 24 years and has worked in both Operations and Strategic roles. Prior to current appointment he was Zone President for East Asia region. From 2014 to 2021 he was Executive Vice-President for Schneider Electric’s Home and Distribution Division. The Division focused on bringing solutions to the Residential and Small Business customers from Schneider Electric, through its network of Channel Partners namely Distributors and Electricians. During his time as EVP of the Home & Distribution Division, he had concurrently led the company’s E-Commerce channel.  Manish had served as Managing Director of Luminous, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric in India. He also assumed the Country President position in Thailand and took on the responsibility as General Manager of JV companies in the energy management sector in China. Prior to arriving at Schneider Electric, Manish started his professional career at Larsen & Toubro Ltd India, spending six years leading Sales and Marketing in the Electrical Business Group. Manish has held diverse positions across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, and India. Manish has a Master of Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology and Transformational Leadership Programs from Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
