'Voltage Unbalance Zero Sequence Component 150/180-cycle Mean'

The ION7650 and ION8800 with the below framework templates or newer will have all the required measurements by default:
7650_FAC-PQ_V3.3.0.0.0
8800A_FAC_V3.3.0.0.0

Even though CM4000s feature IEC61000-4-30 "Anomaly evaluations", it is not supported in the default IEC61000-4-30. The CM4000 stores its IEC61000-4-30 data in a very different way than ION meters do and it would require a new IEC61000-4-30 to be designed.

The above is applicable to ION Enterprise versions 5.6 SP2 and 6.0 SP0.
