How can we help you today?

How long does the start/stop command have to be maintained in 3 wire control, to start and stop?

Resolution:
The required command duration depends on whether deceleration is enabled:

3-Wire Control Without Deceleration
- Start Command (S2): A momentary pulse is sufficient to start the motor.
- Stop Command (S1): The signal must be maintained for at least 500 ms to stop the motor correctly.

3-Wire Control With Deceleration
- Start Command (S2): A momentary pulse is sufficient.
- Stop Command (S1): A momentary pulse is also sufficient.

If external control devices are used, ensure they provide the minimum required signal duration to guarantee reliable operation.
