How does the Drive Thermal State Alarm work on the ATV61?

Issue:
On the ATV61, when is Drive Thermal State Alarm?

Product Line:
ATV61 and ATV71

Environment:
All models and serial numbers

Cause:
None

Resolution:
The drive thermal state alarm [tHA] is an adjustment that can be made to cause an alarm.  It is set as a percentage.  It does not cause the drive to stop when the percentage is reached.  It will present an alarm.  If you need it to stop the drive you can assign R1 or R2 to one of the alarm groups and select that alarm.  You can then program a logic input to stop the motor.
