How to use BMXERT1604T EFB in HSBY ?
For BMXERT1604T, there is a EFB to get TimeStamp from module and there are some limitations used in HSBY system.
1. For BMXERT module, there should be only one client to access TS from the module.
If we configure the EFB in HSBY system for ERT in applicative mode, we should make sure there is just only one EFB running. but if the standby CPU run as "Offline", it is possibility to run EFB in it when there is still EFB run in Primary CPU.
The solution is configured the "behavior of CPU in "Run Offline" Mode as Run "First section" instead of "All section", Othere wise there will be two EFBs to request TS to ERT module, that could cause the module in failure mode.
