รายละเอียดขั้นตอนการเคลมสินค้า
- กรอกแบบฟอร์มออนไลน์แจ้งเคลมสินค้าให้ครบถ้วน ที่เว็บไซต์ https://www.se.com/th/th/work/support/customer-care/ups-warranty-claim.jsp (เมื่อกดส่งข้อมูลเรียบร้อย ท่านจะได้รับข้อมูลการเคลมสินค้าพร้อมหมายเลขเคส ผ่านทางอีเมล)
- กดตอบกลับอีเมล (Reply All) พร้อม รูปภาพ Model / Serial ของตัวสินค้า, คลิปวิดีโอ แสดงอาการเสียของสินค้า และใบเสร็จหรือหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อ เพื่อยืนยันสถานะประกันสินค้า
- บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการลงทะเบียนเคลมสินค้า และตอบกลับใบตอบรับการเปลี่ยนสินค้า หลังจากที่ได้รับคำร้องขอที่มีข้อมูลครบถ้วนภายใน 2-3 วันทำการ พร้อมหมายเลขออเดอร์สินค้าทดแทน (RMA Number) และวันที่ประมาณการจัดส่งสินค้าทดแทน
เมื่อสินค้าพร้อมจัดส่งแล้ว ตัวแทนบริษัทฯขนส่ง จะโทรติดต่อเพื่อนัดหมายเข้าจัดส่งสินค้าและรับสินค้าเสียกลับต่อไป
**กรุณาส่งมอบเฉพาะสินค้าที่เสียกับเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่นำสินค้าเข้าไปเปลี่ยน โดยไม่ต้องคืนสายไฟทุกชนิด**

To determine the correct Replacement UPS. Before you request Onsite service, you will need to know your UPS model & serial number.
To find your UPS model #, locate a white bar-code sticker on your UPS. This can be found behind or on the bottom of your UPS. The bar code label will look similar to the one below:
The top row of the bar code sticker indicates the UPS model number. The bottom row indicates the UPS serial number. The first two numbers in the serial number indicate the year that the UPS was manufactured. For example, serial #SB041650513 is a unit manufactured in 2004. The age of the UPS will also help you to determine if you need a replacement battery cartridge. A battery will typically last 3-5 years, varying based on frequency of use, duration of use and environmental conditions such as heat and humidity.
