What determines the ATV12 heatsink fan operation?
Issue:
When are the fans on the ATV12 supposed to turn on?

Environment:
All model numbers, all serial numbers
Cause:
Attempting to determine if the fan is functional
Resolution:
For ATV12 models up to .75KW or 1HP, the ATV12 drives do not have a fan.
All larger units run the fan based on the VFD thermal state, measured by an internal sensor.
The Drive thermal state (tHd) can be viewed in the Monitoring menu (MOn).
When tHd reaches 70%, the fan will turn ON. When tHd drops below 60%, it will turn OFF.
