Communication interruption between option module and the drive.
Remedy
- Verify connection to the proper slot
- Slot A
- Communication Modules (DeviceNet, Ethernet IP, Profibus, ProfiNet...)
- I/O & Relay Module
- Slot B
- Encoder Card (Analog, Digital, Resolver...)
- I/O & Relay Module
- Slot A
- Verify the environment (electromagnetic compatibility)
- If using Communication Module, check drives firmware version. (For most cases it should be at least V1.5IExx)
- Save configuration file on keypad, remove option module and do a factory reset. If fault disappears then it might be a bad option module.
- Replace the option module.
