Cause
Communication interruption between option module and the drive.

Remedy

Verify connection to the proper slot
- Slot A
  - Communication Modules (DeviceNet, Ethernet IP, Profibus, ProfiNet...)
  - I/O & Relay Module
- Slot B
  - Encoder Card (Analog, Digital, Resolver...)
  - I/O & Relay Module
Verify the environment (electromagnetic compatibility)
If using Communication Module, check drives firmware version. (For most cases it should be at least V1.5IExx)
Save configuration file on keypad, remove option module and do a factory reset. If fault disappears then it might be a bad option module.
Replace the option module.
