BCPM’s are reading a incorrect power factor for each phase.

Issue:
BCPM’s are reading a power factor for each Phase A ,B ,C as 0.9, 0.6, and 0.3 respectively.

However the power factor should be roughly 0.9 for all 3 phases.

Voltage Taps and the Incoming CTs have been checked but have not yielded any results as to what could cause the power factor discrepancy on each phase.

Solution:
Resolution is to check the register for 62017 which is a user defined setting which handles the phase assignment being enabled/disabled.

Changing the bit value 0 of register 62017 from 1 to 0 disables this feature.
