Can we set our Smart UPS to turn on delay?

We can set the Smart UPS to turn on delay but only the  UPS supports "Group Outlet" configuration and it have Network Management Card configured, we can configure Turn On delay the UPS controlled outlets.

For example, the Smart UPS (SUA model) will not support "Group Outlet" configuration.
the Smart UPS (SMT model) support "Group Outlet" configuration.
