Can contactor coil 220V use with supply 200V?
Contactor coil 220V have a control circuit voltage range to operate. You can find the voltage range in the datasheet of each product.
For example, Coil part no.LX1D6M7 which can use with LC1D80 to LC1D95 have control circuit voltage 220V. But Its control circuit voltage limit is 0.8 - 1.1Uc.
So, this coil can operate at voltage range 176 - 242V.
