Can OPh (operation hours) in VarPlus Logic PF Controller count the time of each step?
Operation hours information is for total energized time of Varplus Logic PF controller only. It cannot measure in each step.
Operation hours will be count when PFC is energized. When it reaches maximum limit value in menu 508, it will show “OPH” alarm and need to maintenance.

Menu 508 : Operations Hour Limits( Global PFC bank) Value for this menu is set by default to 65.5 K Hours, which equates to 7 years.
Controller keeps a count of number of hours the bank is ON. when the bank is ON for 65 K hours, it gives a OPH ( operating Hours) alarm.
When this alarm is given, it gives a indication for servicing. Customer needs to carry out maintenance of the panel.
After the maintenance this count can be reset to zero by going to Menu 603 ( reset operation hours) & select Yes.

Also OPH is a second Service alarm . It is to remind the user that caps and contactors end of life have been reach and they need to be replaced.
This alarm has no effect on steps .

Moreover, each step can be counted in cycle. This shows in menu OC(Operation cycle) in info menu.
