Power Monitoring Expert - Using DTE in software logging it is not possible to set to use the last known value for stale condition

Description of the issue:
In software logging, it is not possible to change the stale data settings to use the last known value

Cause:
Due to a bug, it is not possible to change the stale data setting using DTE. A bug (Bug 101122) has been registered for this and will be resolved in the upcoming release. Till then it is required to change this setting manually in .ion file. To do this you need to open the .ion file using notepad or notepad++ and then edit the setting and save it. Please refer the below screenshot for more details about it.
