Issue:
The Smart Surge is not connecting to the Wi-fi

Recommended Action:
  1. Ensure your Smart Surge is in range of your router. Move the Smart Surge to a power socket close to your router and try again.
  2. Ensure your router is set to a 2.4GHz network. Log
  3. Ensure you provide the correct Wi-Fi password for your home network when prompted.
  4. Unplug router from the power socket for 30 seconds and plug it back in to the power socket. Once router has been rebooted, retry connecting the Smart Surge to the Wi-Fi.
