PME 2020 - Diagnostic Viewer > Service Diagnostics > Communication Server > Tree States shows "BAD"
Issue:
When you navigate to Diagnostic Viewer > Service Diagnostics > Communication Server you see the tree state shows "BAD" as shown in the below screenshot.

Cause:
This is a bug with the PME Diagnostic Viewer. It is just a display issue and does not affect PME in any other way.
Resolution:
It will be addressed in PME 2020 CU1
