Is it possible to replace internal battery of PM800 meters?
Issue
The meter is losing RTC information (date and time) without the Aux power supply.

This may happen with an old and drained internal battery.
Resolution
PM800 series meters are no more in offer. The sale for this product is ended. It is obsolete and not serviceable. The factory no longer offers a battery replacement service and there is no way to replace the battery in the field.
