Can I update firmware on ATV320 using SoMove?

Issue:
How to update firmware for the ATV320 drive using SoMove?

Product Line:
Altivar 320, ATV320

Environment:
All model numbers, all serial numbers

Cause:
Customer wants to update firmware for the ATV320 using SoMove.

Resolution:
No, you cannot update firmware on the the ATV320 using SoMove.  You have to use Multiloader to update firmware for the ATV320 drive.  Also, you need to have the VW3A8122 cable which is the flash cable for updating firmware on the ATV320 drive.
