I do not see data in my widgets for Facility Expert Energy
If you do not see the data in the widgets, first you need to check the following factors:
1) Energy parameters in Com'X are selected for logging and publication (example picture shown below for logging and publication check boxes selected)
2) You have not tagged the meter as "Main Meter" .Only meters tagged as "Main Meters" will show the sites Energy consumption .You also need to tag the option "Monitor energy consumptions for this device" so that it is treated as Energy meter .(example shown below)
3) Also ensure to select the Commodity as "Electricity" as shown in above pic
