In EcoStruxure Operator Terminal, why is the Tool Chest tab missing from at the bottom of the Project Explorer?

Issue
When selecting a screen to edit in EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert, the Tool Chest Tab has disappeared.
Missing Toolchest Tab

Normally, the Tool Chest tab should appear at the bottom of the dockable window:

Environment
HMI programming software in Windows

Resolution
There are two possible reasons for this to occur:

1) When you select "All Variables" the Tool Chest tab disappears because the Variable editing does not require the Tool Chest. When you click back onto a Screen in the Project Navigator, you must click in the screen area to have them re-appear

2) The Tool Chest Tab is actually a Dockable Window that is stacked on top of the Project Explorer Window. Sometimes, it can be undocked and appear underneath the Windows Start bar.
In this case, set your Windows Start bar to auto-hide, or move your Windows Start bar to a different location on the screen. The Tool Chest Dockable Window should appear:

You can then drag and drop it where desired:

To have the default view, drag and drop it into the middle of the Project Explorer.

You may do the same customization with the Errors dockable window and References dockable window as well.
