"S_RD_ETH_MX2" is not working as expected

The fix for the issue involved two corrections:
- The diagnostic parameter “NEW” which was not working as explained in the documentation.
- One very specific use case was taken into account where the DFB S_RD_ETH_MX2 could update data into OUTPUT_SAFE_DATA with some data older than the one which was already existing (but still compliant with the SAFETY_CONTROL_TIMEOUT). However, these conditions could not appear in a normal condition system and could be revealed only by very specific conditions (insertion of corrupted and very specific time data)
