Can the QO260GFI3W be used for 240Vac application?

Resolution:
Yes, the QO260GFI3W will work the same as QO260GFI for circuits without a load neutral. Connect the two hots to the two hot screws, connect the neutral pigtail to the neutral bar, and leave the load neutral screw empty.
