How to restart the CPU before extract the Crash log from High-End Quantum with OS lower than 3.0

After a crash occurred on a High-End Quantum CPU with OS lower3.0, do not  restart the CPU by performing a powercycle, it will delete a part of the traces (it because of the memory area used for the trace saving is also used for warm start management). So it was required to restart the CPU using the restart button on the CPU front panel. (like below picture shown)

Since the V3.0, This issue has been avoided, so since OS3.0 we can restart CPU by powercycle,no problem.
