Resolution:
The input %lr.m.c where r.m.c= rack.module.channel; can be parameterized to protect the internal application RAM and the memory
card as follows:
-  %lr.m.c set to 0: The internal application and the memory card are not protected.
-  %lr.m.c set to 1: The internal application and the memory card are protected.

*** This is not supported with the M580 Hot Standby controllers ***
