These devices were never commercialized in the United States. Therefore there is little / no expertise or support available for them.

Users should also go back to their point of purchase for help. For example, if the drive came into the country on an OEM`s equipment, the caller should contact the OEM. If the unit was sold by the Industrial Automation Team as part of a system, the user should contact them.

Additionally, if the unit can be sent in for repair / evaluation, the device can be returned to the Repair Depot in Greensboro, NC. They offer limited repairs on these devices.
