What are the phase loss alarm specifications in the Extended Range Energy Meter?

Cause
User is getting Phase Loss Alarm on energy meter and would like to know what are specification for phase loss alarm
Environment
Energy meter is showing Phase Loss alarm on front display
Resolution
If the voltage of any phase is measured as less than 75% of the voltage on any other phase, the display will show PHASE LOSS and indicate the specific phase(s). The display will not cycle to the other readings and appear locked up. User can still see KWh on right top corner but the display will not rotate through other readings.
NOTE: If user verifies there is sufficient voltage provided to energy meter and the display still shows PHASE LOSS alarm, then review Energy Meter shows "Phase Loss" Alarm
