Issue
The purpose of this Resolution is to inform Advantys users that a problem viewing web page applets from a Momentum M1E processor or 170ENT11001 Ethernet Communication adapter has been resolved.

Web browsers with Java versions greater than 1.4.2 may not properly display M1E and 170ENT1101 web page applets. These pages may display a blank gray or white area but static (text) web pages will display properly.

Resolution
Installing the latest Java version into Windows browsers allows the M1E/170ENT11001 web page applets to be viewed properly.

Then, in the Java Control Panel, add the IP addresses of the M1E's and/or ENT's to the 'Exception Site List' under the Security folder.

This will allow proper display of the web page applets.
