Issue
The purpose of this resolution is to inform Momentum M1E users that the 984LL Exec. has been upgraded to version 1.30.

A modification was made to the 984LL Exec version 1.30 that allows users to control the retransmission timer and TCP socket time-out when performing MSTR Read multiple registers and Write multiple register operations.

Note: It is recommended to power cycle the M1E immediately after downloading an Exec.


Resolution
Install Exec version 1.30 to access this new feature. It was not being considered for the IEC firmware at the time this Resolution was published (Aug 2009).
Although this enhancement is supported by ProWorx NxT, ProWorx32 and Concept programming software, it is not supported in the Concept MSTR DX Zoom screens at this time. Resource files are available (see attachments) for ProWorx NxT and ProWorx32.
