What does "63.8" label on the back of a 3720 ACM mean?

Customer is interested in why a 3720 ACM device is labeled with "63.8" on the backside of the device.

Where to find the meaning of 63.8 on the backside of the 3720 ACM meter?

Resolution
Older 3720 models used to use the "63.8" detail as an ordering option which referred to a 69VAC measurement system.
