Resolution:
We do not officially support Web Gate over 3G or 4G network. Web Gate is very sensitive to the network connection and since we cannot guarantee that the cellular connection is stable, Marketing opted not to officially state that our produce supports this. There are many customers with various applications in the field. Simple applications may function correctly, but more complex / data heavy projects would fail.
For 3G and 4G cellular network we recommend using the Vijeo Design'Air and Vijeo Design'Air Plus app.
