Issue:
Enclosed units not to running the motor in AFC or in Bypass.

Product Line:
SFLEX, EFLEX, MFLEX, CPD, MCC, Field Drive, Econoflex, 58M

Environment :
All Enclosed products with Bypass

Cause:
The motor will not run in AFC or in Bypass

Resolution :
1).  Check supply fuse primary side of transformer.
2).  Check fuse on the secondary side of the transformer
3).  Verify the overload is not tripped, (trip and then reset)
4).  Verify the AFC/OFF/Bypass switch is getting voltage
5).  With factory drawing in hand check the HOA and the AFC/OFF/Bypass circuit.
