Error 1500 "Another Installation is in Progress you must complete the installation before continuing this one" when trying to install Vijeo Designer?

Resolution
This is an InstallShield error message.  Most commonly, it means that another instance of InstallShield is running.  Go to the Windows Task Manager and end all processes for Msiexec.exe or Msiexec.exe *32.  Then run the install for Vijeo Designer again.
