Powerlogic Scada 7.40
Cause
Powerlogic Scada was installed in the machine preciously and the uninstall did not get rid of all the registry files. This could be either the same version, or an older version.
Resolution
Download the attachment and run the .bat file on server where Powerlogic Scada needs to be installed. Try to install the software again after running the .bat File
