Issue:
Customer wants to access ENOCs webpage without any password or say direct access.
Product Line:
BMENOC0301, BMENOC0311 V1.03
Environment:
Windows 7 Pro & Windows 10
Resolution:
The Default username and password are admin, factorycast for BMENOC0311.
When the above credentials are put in the module, it will ask to provide new password.
Please put the new password which would be used whenever user try to open the webpage of BMENOC module.
Now there is a possibility to open the webpage of BMENOC module without logging the credentials.
1. Open the webpage of BMNOC module by the correct credentials as explained above.
2. Go to setup >> Access Management >> Slide Access Management switch to Off position
When the switch for Access Management is at off position it is possible to access the web site of module without the need of login credentials.
