The logic input status can be monitored by Modbus address 5202.

Bit 1 - LI2
Bit 2 - LI3
Bit 3 - LI4
Bit 4 - LI5
Bit 5 - LI6
If extended IO cards are used
Bit 6 - LI7
Bit 7 - LI8
Bit 8 - LI9
Bit 9 - LI10
Bit 10 - LI 11
Bit 11 - LI 12
Bit 12 - LI 13
Bit 13 - LI 14
