Resolution
Importing a section using the 'with wizard' option, causes the need to stop the processor and build offline. If you do not use the wizard, the build can be performed online.
When the import wizard is selected, the message 'On Line Modification Authorization' is displayed .
The message 'On Line Modification Authorization' indicates that you must build the changes in Offline mode The reason is because the wizard makes several modifications during the import for maximizing the compatibility. The character set is changed to unicode and leading digits are added to the variables. This works as designed.
To resolve the issue:

Importing a section using the 'with wizard' option, causes the need to stop the processor and build offline. If you do not use the wizard, the build can be performed online.

To resolve the issue:
- Open the Unity application.
- Click on 'Tools\Project Settings'
- Click on 'Variables'.
- Select the checkbox for 'Allow Leading Digits'.
- Click on the down arrow for the 'Character Set'
- Select the 'Unicode'
- Click on 'Apply'.
- Click on 'Yes' to confirm the 'Need to rebuild' message.
- Click on OK to close the 'Project Settings' window.
- Click on .Build\Rebuild All Project'.
- Save the application.
- Connect and to transfer the application to the PLC
- Import the section with the import wizard checked.
