What is the procedure when a customer is encountering a firmware upgrade issue with the BMEAHI0812? Can the module be recovered?

Resolution
If the upgrade is on top of the official firmware release version and gets interrupted, you can power cycle the module manually and the old firmware version will be kept, you should then be able to re-upgrade the AHI module.
But if you upgrade from a beta version firmware, then it's not guaranteed to get the module recovered (depending on the beta version).
If this doesn’t guaranty good result, proceed to an exchange or repair.
