In a M580 HotStandby system, are the “reverse registers” exchanged only from Stby to Prim?

Unlike Quantum HSBY, there are 2 distinct areas :

one area is copied from Primary to Standby.
the other one from Standby to Primary CPU.

Each area has 64 words.
