Issue
User is unable to disable CM4000T’s Flicker alarms in ION Setup. As shown below, the flicker alarms found in the standard alarm setup are not enabled.

Cause
The Power Quality Summary Configuration forces Flicker alarms to stay enabled

Resolution
Navigate to the Power Quality folder after selecting your CM4000T in ION Setup.
The Power Quality Summary Configuration option needs to be disabled in the CM4000T to restrict Flicker alarms.


After it is disabled, Flicker alarms will be disabled.
