Looking for a way to take the File System Download content and convert it back to a VDZ file so that we can make modifications in Vijeo Designer.

It is not possible to take the content from a File System Download and convert it back to a VDZ file so that modifications can be made in Vijeo Designer. The output of a File System Download is the compiled source of the project file. It is not possible to de-compile it, just like how you cannot obtain the source code from a .exe file in Windows.
