Issue:
How come the Global Variable List (GVL) variables are not showing up in Symbol Configuration of SoMachine / EcoStruxure Machine Expert?

Resolution:
In order for the GVL Variables to show up in the Symbol Configuration window, at least one of the variables in the GVL node must be used in logic.
These criteria must be met:
1) The GVL variable is referenced or used in a Program Organization Unit (POU).
2) The POU that the GVL is used in has been added to an Application Task (for example under "Task Configuration -> MAST")
